The Kris Faux Diet
LOSE 10-17 LBS. IN A WEEK AND FEEL LIKE A MILLION!
This 7 day eating plan can be used as often as you like. As a matter of fact,
if followed correctly it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling
of well-being you never thought possible. After only 7 days of this process, you
will begin to feel lighter because you will BE lighter by at least 10 lbs, possibly 17
lbs, and have an abundance of energy. Continue this plan for as long as you wish
and feel the difference in both medical and physical disposition.
DAY ONE: All the fruits except bananas.
Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want except bananas. For all
you melon lovers, this is just the day for you. Two fruits which are lower in
calories than most other fruits are watermelon and cantaloupe. Should you eat
the melon, your chances of losing 3 Ibs. the first day are great.
DAY TWO: All vegetables.
Eat until you are stuffed with all fresh or raw cooked vegetables of your
choice. Try to eat green, leafy vegetables and stay away from dry beans, peas,
and corn. These vegetables are good for you but not if you are trying to reduce
your calorie intake. You may also have one large baked potato with butter on
your vegetable day.
DAY THREE: Fruits and vegetables.
Same as day one and two, except for no potato.
DAY FOUR: Bananas and milk.
Eat as many as 8 bananas and drink as much as 8 glasses of skim milk on
this day, along with TJ. Soup. Bananas are high in carbohydrates and will lessen
any cravings for sweets.
DAY FIVE: Beef and tomatoes.
You can have 10-20 oz. of beef and 6 tomatoes on your fifth day. Also, TJ.
Soup. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water in order to wash away any uric acid
in your body.
DAY SIX: Beef and vegetables.
Eat until your heart is content of beef and vegetables, plus T.J. Soup. No
potato.
DAY SEVEN: Brown rice, fruit juice.
You can have as much brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice, and vegetables
as you want, plus T.J. Soup. Again, stuff, stuff, stuff!!
PLUS, lOTS AND lOTS OF WATER EVERYDAY!!!
T.J. MIRACLE SOUP
6 large onions
2 green peppers
llg. stalk celery
whole tomatoes (fresh or canned)
1 large head of cabbage
dry onion soup mix
Cut vegetable's and cover with water in large pot. Add dry soup mix. Boil
for 10 minutes. Cover, lower heat, and simmer until vegetables are soft. T.J.
Soup can be eaten at any time you feel hungry in the day. Eat as much as you
wish and as often as you like. This soup will not add calories, so eat all you want.
The more you eat, the more you lose!

Angel Biscuits
5 C Flour
1 T. yeast
3/4 C Crisco
1/2 C water
3 T sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
1 T. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
2 C buttermilk
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of water combine sugar salt baking powder, and baking soda, and prinkle lightly over flour and mis well with fork. Cut in shortening until well blended. Add yeast and buttermilk and mix with wooden spoon until smooth. roll dough 1/2 think cut and place on greased pan. Bake for 12 min at 400.
