Border hospitals are legally selling American citizenship.Tucson Medical Center (TMC) in Arizona is in effect selling American citizenship for the babies of wealthy Mexicans.The TMC has been luring rich Mexican women to its maternity facilities to give birth. This sounds like normal business practice until you look closer.
